Learning to use 3D Max
Today we learnt how to use 3D Max, a design software which will be very useful to us in the future in terms of creating new and original objects to put into Second Life. The programme was difficult to follow at first, but through trial and error, it became much easier and towards the end was becoming very fun. Our task was to create a bowl, and rather than manipulate a simple circular shape, hence I made mine very abstract. Unfortunately I did not have time to save the sculptymap, but this gives me another opportunity to make another bowl, and learn from previous mistakes.
